The representation of this magazine is showing the different lives and cultures that that the reggae genre of music has to offer. A reggae magazine would typically involve people that are from Jamaica. However this magazine is based only in Britain as it would show the different types of artist that are involved. Somebody that would be buying this magazine would be from the ages from 15+ as statistics show this is the ages that I would be interested in the genre. It is the same with gender as statistics show that it is mostly males that would buy the magazine. This makes the magazine have most masculine and male figures in for example. If a female was to buy a magazine that was for ‘’pop’’ there would be a feminine figure in such as ‘’Katy Perry’’ or ‘’one direction’’ and for a reggae magazine there would be a more masculine figure.
